Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full Pro features. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically, cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. If you don't subscribe, the app drops to map-view only (routing disabled).
How does Fleet pricing work?
$24.99 per driver per month, or $249/driver/yr on annual billing — 2 months free. Admin and manager accounts are free, unlimited per company. 50+ drivers moves to Enterprise.
How does driver location tracking work?
Fleet and Enterprise admins see live driver positions on the fleet dashboard. Tracking is always opt-in, drivers enable it in the app and can turn it off when not on duty. Location history and geofencing are Enterprise-only.
Can an existing Pro driver join a Fleet account?
Yes. The fleet admin invites them by email. Accepting the invite moves the driver to fleet billing, their Pro subscription ends and the fleet pays the seat.
Can I switch between plans?
Anytime. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. All saved routes, vehicle profiles, and logbook entries are preserved.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. Fleet and Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice on annual billing.
Do I need internet for the app to work?
Route calculation needs a connection. With Offline Maps (Pro and Fleet), you can download regions and use cached routes with no signal, including the NHVR network overlay.
What vehicle types are supported?
Every NHVR vehicle combination type: B-Double, Road Train, PBS vehicles, semi-trailers, rigid trucks, and more. Select your exact configuration, the route uses the correct approved network.
